I am an IT professional with extensive hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing communication systems, network infrastructure, and electronic devices. I deliver reliable technical support and user training to ensure mission-critical systems remain operational.

In my most recent role as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, I supervised installation and maintenance of radio and data distribution systems, supported LANs, and led rapid troubleshooting efforts in high-pressure environments. I consistently performed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

I have provided technical support to large user groups, installed and configured software, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. I also contributed to information services policy development to strengthen governance and security of communication systems.

My accomplishments include a formal commendation from Army leadership for performance during an equipment inspection, completion of Google IT Support and IT Automation with Python certificates, and formal Army Signal School training. I bring a disciplined, process-oriented approach to maintaining operational readiness.
