What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve enquiries and complaints, collaborate across teams, and provide clear, timely support through digital channels.

I currently support customers at Genesis Group, responding to social media enquiries about hotel rooms, cinema bookings, QSR services, availability, prices, and promotions.

I confirm booking details, coordinate with hotel, cinema, QSR, and operations teams, and follow unresolved complaints through to closure. I also track recurring feedback and escalate service issues to the appropriate teams.

Previously, at FLO FM 94.9, I managed enquiries from listeners, clients, advertisers, and the public while handling feedback, clarifying concerns, and keeping multiple conversations professional, friendly, and clear.
