I've supported Harford Mutual Insurance Company's infrastructure across virtual servers, desktops, backups, disaster recovery, security, and end-user systems.
As a Systems Specialist, I managed 150–200 virtual Windows servers and more than 100 virtual Windows desktops across four vCenter environments. I ran backup, recovery, and annual disaster recovery testing with Zerto, iLand, and Veeam, configured AWS instances, and deployed and maintained SQL Server environments.
I also delivered infrastructure projects including a satellite office setup, a core server room move, switch closet hardware upgrades, third-party application deployments, and a work-from-home environment with Teams migration.
Previously, I provided desktop and application support, managed Active Directory, GPOs, Exchange, Mimecast, vCenter, and help desk operations, and trained users on new software and technology. I'm currently supporting customers and delivery operations at Costello's Ace Hardware.
