I maintained 99.9% network availability for Smart City infrastructure and supported the integration of Smart City devices across multiple locations. I also drive RCA and preventive actions for major outages and recurring connectivity issues.
Earlier, at TPD Technosoft Pvt. Ltd., I delivered 24×7 production support for international banking clients. I monitored around 4,000 Control-M batch jobs per cycle and helped reduce recurring incidents by 30%+ through Known Error documents and permanent-fix change requests.
