What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in fintech customer onboarding, owning KYC and account activation while delivering fast, empathetic support—using CRM and Shopify workflows in a remote-friendly team focused on clear processes and continuous improvement.

I’m a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist experienced supporting customers and merchants, resolving service issues, and managing account onboarding in the fintech sector. I handle KYC verification and account tier upgrades while keeping onboarding smooth, accurate, and compliant.

In my current role, I assist customers through onboarding and KYC verification, guiding merchants through POS account setup, documentation requirements, and activation processes. I handle 30+ customer interactions daily and manage 150+ merchant accounts post-onboarding, using Zendesk and Monidesk CRM tools to maintain accurate records and deliver timely resolutions.

I’ve also strengthened my support toolkit through a remote Virtual Assistant & Customer Support training project. I built and managed a Shopify demo store, practiced order tracking and customer messaging workflows, and simulated support ticketing and response using Zendesk and HubSpot.

I’m driven to improve customer satisfaction, reduce response times, and deliver efficient support in remote environments. I communicate clearly, resolve issues confidently, and escalate complex complaints appropriately to protect customer trust.
