I maintain customer profiles and order information, provide product and service details, and suggest process improvements. I work independently in a fully remote environment.

At Groupe Fnac-Darty, I managed sales orders, payments and after-sales service. I also handled customer files, invoicing, quotations and customer records.

My earlier experience includes administrative support at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I processed traffic violations and payments, and retail customer service at Primark – Oxford Street & Homebase – Richmond.
