I am a strategic learning and development leader with over a decade of experience in driving organizational training initiatives and designing innovative professional development programs. My expertise lies in assessing skill gaps and implementing data-driven learning strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement. I have a proven track record of managing large-scale training operations and delivering measurable outcomes in both nonprofit and academic environments.

Currently, I serve as the Professional Development Manager at Santa Fe Community College, where I lead strategic assessments to identify training needs and design programs that align with organizational goals. My previous role as Senior Director of Organizational Training at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio allowed me to direct the creation of enterprise-wide learning strategies and integrate learning analytics to enhance training efficiency. I am passionate about building sustainable infrastructure for workforce development and promoting a culture of learning.
