What I'm looking for

I want to keep coordinating telecom service activations and provisioning end-to-end—dispatching work orders, meeting SLA targets, resolving issues, and reporting performance—while improving daily cadence with cross-functional teams using ServiceNow and Nokia AMS.

I’m a Project Coordinator focused on telecom installation and provisioning support, coordinating work orders/service orders through ServiceNow to keep activations within SLA. I align teams across sales distributors, customer care, NOC Operations, and service activation so work is ready, on time, and compliant.

From dispatching repair tickets to supporting service readiness and issue resolution, I monitor vendor and inhouse productivity, manage material consumption and replenishment, and handle contractor billing tied to monthly accomplishment. I also generate weekly cadence and monthly performance reports for management review, using tools like Nokia AMS, APMS/PLDT Oracle, and ServiceNow.
