I also coordinated onboarding, employee deployment, and communication across project managers, candidates, and internal teams.

I began recruiting in a restaurant environment, closing frontline service and kitchen vacancies, and built an operational foundation at AK BARS BANK through office, onboarding, and internal-process support.
