I’m an HR Manager with hands-on experience running full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and supporting day-to-day HR operations. I’ve also managed payroll and handled various administrative tasks to keep processes moving smoothly.

In my roles, I’ve built and maintained candidate databases, reviewed resumes for suitability, and conducted initial interviews and initial contact with candidates. I’m comfortable aligning client expectations with candidate qualifications and facilitating employment terms through negotiation.

I’ve drafted employment contracts, prepared warnings and HR orders, managed payroll and tracked leave periods, and monitored internship periods. I work confidently with tools and HR portals like self.hr and Signify, while leveraging Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and support management requests.
