I'm Anna, and I have had an exciting journey in the world of supply chain management. It all began when I started as a purchasing specialist trainee at ABB. Over the course of more than three years, I had the opportunity to work in various specialties within the supply chain department.
🥳 My biggest achievements were getting a holistic skillset and knowledge of the different specialties in the corporate world as I was changing positions in the SC department. I am most proud of improving Kanban processes, suppliers' ROTD & OTD, inventory turnover ratio, and CR % (cost reduction).
Currently, I am the Head of Supply Chain at an e-commerce company mainly focused on selling on Amazon.
🏆I consider my biggest achievements to be building an inventory management system from scratch, expanding the network of partners and service providers for everyday SC needs, building a team, and achieving different KPIs.
