What I'm looking for
I am an experienced operations specialist with a strong background in process management and change management. Currently, I serve as the Operations Specialist at Lumi Capital OÜ, where I focus on process mapping and analysis, as well as implementing various software solutions. My role as the COO's right-hand person allows me to contribute significantly to the operational efficiency of the organization.
Previously, I worked as a Process Manager at Eesti Post (Omniva), where I honed my skills in process management and cross-functional team support.
