What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can own HR operations—payroll coordination, recruitment support, and confidential employee communication—and also bring structured, data-informed problem-solving to improve processes and results.

I bring a mix of HR operations experience and entrepreneurial, brand-building energy. Most recently, I worked as a Human Resource Advisor at Sthree, managing a high volume of salary-related queries and acting as a key point of contact for payroll and HR matters.

I also deliver structure and confidentiality in contract administration, including secondment agreements, while maintaining employee records with a strong focus on data integrity. Earlier, as Co-Founder & Owner of Cáliz Cosmetics, I developed and executed go-to-market strategies, led product development from concept to launch, and grew our digital presence—strengthening my strategic planning, project management, and creative problem-solving.
