I'm currently leading the vendor management program at House of Investments, Inc., overseeing accreditation, evaluation, compliance, and strategic supplier relationships.

Previously, I managed leasing and tenant relations at House of Investments and Santos Knight Frank’s Zuellig Building, where I served as the primary contact for more than 30 corporate tenants. I led tenant onboarding, resolved operational concerns, coordinated renewals, and partnered with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and Property Management teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

My background also includes property management with Jones Lang LaSalle, asset management for Expressions, and tenant relations at SM Megamall. Across these roles, I managed property operations, lease negotiations, store openings, fit-outs, promotions, financial performance, and operational improvement initiatives.

I began in hospitality, retail, and food service environments including Mandarin Oriental Manila, building a service-first foundation in customer relationships, team leadership, and cross-functional operations.
