I'm looking to lead enterprise customer programs, SaaS implementations, and cross-functional strategic execution where I can improve adoption, scalable processes, and customer outcomes.

At Adept Technologies & Partners / Profit.co, I lead enterprise onboarding, implementation, and go-live strategies for more than 20 strategic LATAM accounts supporting up to 4,500 users. I connect customers with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to turn requirements into successful outcomes.

I manage the full customer and product journey, from discovery and API integrations to adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. I also lead OKR implementation, KPI management, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.

Previously, I increased profitability by 80% in my first year at Casa in Martim de Sá by building scalable operational workflows. My background also includes executive support, aviation maintenance documentation, customer experience, and bilingual customer support.
