What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can scale community and ambassador programs using engagement data, build end-to-end onboarding systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams—while driving measurable adoption for impactful tech products.

I’m a Program Consultant working with Google Partner Projects (Pingnetwork.in), where I manage large-scale recruitment and onboarding pipelines and turn engagement data into execution-ready improvements. I’ve led pan-India scaling efforts that onboarded thousands of student ambassadors across tier-mapped campuses.

I designed and implemented end-to-end selection, onboarding, screening criteria, interview processes, and training pipelines—scaling onboarding of 4,500+ student representatives within two months. I also built and expanded regional ambassador networks across East and West zones to drive adoption for Google Gemini Pro subscription.

Beyond program operations, I run performance analysis and reporting using engagement data to refine marketing materials and competition structures, while maintaining daily engagement and compliance tracking for active ambassador cohorts. I helped execute initiatives including the Google Notes Program and contributions tied to Google Search Indo Game.

Alongside my program work, I coordinate community and open-source initiatives: I lead WikiClub Tech and the Road to Wiki program at IIIT Hyderabad, growing participation through targeted outreach and partner event co-hosting. I’ve also served as a Panel Community Manager (USERSTUDY) and co-founded Grinler, combining cross-functional execution with product and user engagement.
