What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own end-to-end HR strategy, use Oracle Fusion HCM to drive people insights, and build high-performing teams—balancing rigor with empathy to improve retention, succession, and compliance.

I bring over eight years of hands-on HR leadership across APAC and EMEA, partnering with senior leadership teams to build organizations that perform, retain, and grow. I own the full people agenda—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and HR technology—with Oracle Fusion HCM as my primary platform.

What defines my impact is measurable hiring and retention outcomes. I have closed 300+ high-impact positions across IT and corporate functions, building and leading 20-member recruiting teams, and introducing KPI frameworks that improved retention and succession planning.

In recent HR Manager roles, I’ve led end-to-end APAC/EMEA HR strategy aligned to regional priorities, advised business heads on succession and organizational design, and championed engagement, D&I, and culture across diverse workforces. I also drive compliance governance across multiple jurisdictions, and proactively identify skill gaps with L&D to design targeted learning programs.

Before that, I led HR service delivery across major MNC clients, integrated ATS platforms with job portals for seamless pipelines, and owned offer management, verification coordination, and onboarding for a positive hire experience. I’ve been recognized for recruitment and salary negotiation excellence, and I’ve also automated recurring HR workflows using ZOHO to free bandwidth for strategic work.
