What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support organisations through growth and transformation by building constructive work environments, leadership capability, employee development, and effective people processes.

I lead people operations, leadership development, and workplace-culture programs across Europe and India. At Accenture Song (Mindcurv Group), I led a seven-person program team delivering job architecture, competency models, career development, change navigation, and LMS implementation.

Previously at trivago, I held strategic responsibility for a 360° feedback and performance system alongside 11 developers and cross-company stakeholders. I now consult small and medium-sized companies in growth and transformation, creating constructive work environments through leadership development, remote facilitation, and coaching.
