At Citizens Bank, I support daily branch operations through cash controls, vault balancing, cash ordering, teller-line coordination, and Branch Operating Essentials compliance.

I investigate teller outages and balancing discrepancies, reconcile transactions, prepare operational reports, and use internal banking platforms and CRM systems to protect customer records. I also train and coach new tellers on cash handling, compliance, operational procedures, and customer service expectations.

Previously, at Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, I processed member transactions including transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, certificate transactions, account maintenance, card requests, and technology assistance. I supported sales initiatives while providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service by phone.

My earlier leadership and operations experience includes shift supervision at Boston Market, classroom and records management at Bustleton Learning Center, and inventory, POS, pricing, and merchandising operations at Target.
