At EY, I lead the Order-to-Cash workstream for a multi-year global ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation, managing a 12-member global team across design, migration, ramp-down, cutover and hyper-care.
I've worked for over 14 years across EY, Infosys, Capgemini and Accenture, delivering SAP SD and OTC solutions for global organizations in semiconductors, specialty chemicals, medical diagnostics, FMCG and manufacturing. My work spans Greenfield implementations, Bluefield selective data transitions, global rollouts and high-volume production support.
In a complex ECC-to-S/4HANA program, I worked with product specialists and functional and technical teams to improve pricing execution, custom logic, long-text processing and load parallelization, reducing the planned sales-order migration window from approximately five weeks to one week. I focus on ensuring orders are commercially correct, operationally executable and financially complete.
