I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my tourism management skills and grow within a dynamic team.

I am a dedicated tourism management professional with a strong background in load control and customer service. My journey began at Phakama Secondary School, where I earned my National Senior Certificate in 2015. I then pursued my passion for tourism at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where I completed both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Tourism Management.

Since 2019, I have been working in the aviation industry, starting as a Check-in Agent at Swissport and currently serving in Load Control. My experience has equipped me with valuable skills in managing operations and ensuring smooth processes in a fast-paced environment.
