Anita Baldoni

I’m a Board-Certified Nursing Professional Development Specialist with 15+ years of experience in clinical education, patient-centered training, and program leadership. I design and deliver disease-state and therapy education that supports patient adherence and confidence.

In my current role as Clinical Nurse Educator / Residency Program Director at Geisinger Health System (2018–Present), I lead education for 300+ nurses annually through virtual and in-person training. I develop evidence-based curriculum aligned with clinical best practices, deliver patient care education, analyze program outcomes, and continuously improve performance.

I also build and strengthen transition pathways—developing an LPN Transition Program (2022–Present) with structured materials and competency tools—while serving as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of Scranton & Penn State. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to measurable learning and real-world impact.
