What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales and operations role where I can lead full-cycle sales, strengthen client relationships, improve CRM processes, and coordinate teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

I lead sales operations at Dimov Tax Specialists, managing client relationships from consultation and pricing through closing, onboarding, and service delivery. I coordinate with CPAs on US, international, expatriate, estate, and business tax services.

I manage Salesforce pipelines, lead tracking, follow-ups, and cross-functional onboarding processes. Previously, I managed sales across 34 Pakistan State Oil retail fuel outlets and increased sales by 10%.

My background also includes building 85+ business partnerships at Deewan Plastic Industry and contributing to 25% sales growth. I hold a Master’s in International Management and a BBA in Marketing.
