At Naasa Securities Company Limited, I support clients with stock trading, Demat, Mero Share, online trading, account opening, KYC updates, fund settlement, and brokerage queries. I handle inquiries and complaints across phone, email, and in-person channels while maintaining accurate records and coordinating timely resolutions.

My internship at NIC ASIA Bank Limited gave me practical exposure to retail banking, remittance, trade finance, digital banking, transaction records, and account-related documentation. I'm building a career in banking, finance, or business administration by combining my BBS studies with customer service and operational experience.
