I am an ambitious and hardworking undergraduate with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Nepal Business College, where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.53. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles, and my thesis focused on the General Management Practice of Global IME Bank, reflecting my keen interest in the banking sector.

In my professional experience, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Vsansar Online, where I effectively handled customer queries through calls, emails, and chats. My role involved identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions, as well as managing orders and recording weekly sales performance. Additionally, I completed an internship at Global IME Bank, where I assisted in preparing documents according to KYC guidelines and helped in recording and scanning customer information. These experiences have honed my interpersonal communication skills and my ability to work under pressure.
