I’m looking for L2/L3 IT operations and support work where I can own incident resolution, identity/endpoint management, and automation. I want a team that values clear documentation, reliable SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration to keep systems highly available.

I’m an IT operations and technical support professional who focuses on fast, reliable resolution for enterprise users. With 2+ years supporting 1,000+ users, I consistently drive measurable outcomes—300+ tickets resolved at 98% satisfaction and strong SLA performance.

In my current role as an L3 Technical Support Engineer, I deliver on-site Tier-3 support in mission-critical event conditions. I manage escalations, coordinate with global operations teams, and keep incident logs and operational documentation complete to maintain infrastructure uptime under pressure.

Previously, I supported 100+ endpoints across Windows and macOS using ServiceNow, handling 15–20 tickets per week while administering user and device access. I’ve led full onboarding/offboarding through Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Intune, and improved support efficiency by automating routine checks and reporting with PowerShell.
