What I'm looking for

I'm looking to pivot my 5+ years of client-facing communication, feedback resolution, and multi-channel community management into a dedicated customer support role.

I've managed day-to-day client communication, feedback, and expectations for brands including Mercedes-Benz, Mall of Emirates, and Cillionaire at NRD Creatives.

I handle high-volume community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, responding in a consistent brand voice while resolving feedback and concerns quickly. I use performance data and client input to refine communication and content strategy.

I've coordinated editors, designers, and creators across concurrent hospitality, real estate, automotive, and retail accounts, helping teams meet delivery deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Through freelance work with Rayup Real Estate, Spice Bros, and independent clients, I've built end-to-end client service experience from intake and revisions through content delivery. I'm now bringing that client-service foundation into a dedicated customer support role.
