Previously, I provided remote support for American Express through PC Solutions, resolving Windows, Outlook, shared mailbox, Citrix, VMware, Okta, and Mac device issues for global users. I used Bomgar and ServiceNow to deliver timely resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
