I am an ambitious and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and hands-on experience in office administration, research, analysis, and customer service within the banking sector. In addition, I possess hands-on experience as a sales representative on e-commerce platforms such as SYbazzar. My journey has equipped me with the skills to prepare high-quality reports, conduct sector-specific research, and collaborate on innovative projects, dealing with customers that drive organizational success.

Currently, I serve as an Associate in Research and Development at Sanima Bank Limited, where I collect and analyze data on key sectors, prepare comprehensive macroeconomic reports, and support strategic decision-making. My previous role as an intern in the Customer Service Department at Jyoti Bikash Bank allowed me to enhance customer satisfaction and gain proficiency in banking processes and tools.
