ELZIN SALDANHA

I am a hospitality professional with hands-on experience delivering guest services at a luxury resort. I trained in F&B service and combine practical resort experience with formal vocational education.

During a four-month placement at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Benaulim, I developed strong service instincts, multitasking ability and teamwork skills in a high-volume environment. I hold an F&B Service certification from Margao Government ITI and solid secondary education credentials.

My technical skills include basic computer proficiency—Microsoft Word and introductory programming—which I use to support operational tasks and recordkeeping. I communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Konkani and enjoy collaborative, guest-facing roles.
