What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build data-driven digital products where I can improve customer journeys, activation, retention, and unit economics through experimentation, AI, automation, and cross-functional execution.

I've built and scaled customer journeys at Uni Cards, OneCard, Rapido, and Quantiphi Analytics, using product analytics, experimentation, and automation to improve outcomes.

At Uni Cards, I identified the GoldXL credit card variant, integrated AI calling for onboarding intervention, built n8n monitoring workflows, and implemented BBPS repayments in the Uni app. Previously at OneCard, I automated communication journeys that increased first-month card activation by 12,000 users and launched geo-fenced rewards that drove a 15% surge in offline transactions.

At Rapido, I improved order fulfilment by 25%, reduced customer cancellations before driver assignment by 17%, and built pricing, fraud, and safety features. I also bring hands-on analytics and AI experience from Quantiphi and Fractal, including GCP workflows, forecasting, NLP, and machine-learning use cases.
