What I'm looking for
I am a results-driven branch manager with hands-on experience leading client services, operations, and scheduling at a high-traffic wellness facility. I design bespoke training and dietary programs, track client progress using medical-grade assessment software, and manage contract security and record-keeping.
My role combines client-facing care with administrative leadership: I co-sign and maintain sensitive client contracts, coordinate physical and electronic filing systems, and manage team and client schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. I also run targeted marketing via WhatsApp Business and organise an annual wellness marketing event.
