I'm looking to lead healthcare programs and operational initiatives that improve patient access, care coordination, quality, and outcomes through strong cross-functional partnerships and process improvement.

At the University of Providence, I lead a multi-state healthcare workforce development program, connecting students, healthcare organizations, pharmacy leaders, and external partners. I manage implementation, budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, and executive reporting while improving program workflows and participant outcomes.

Previously at Providence Health & Services, I led a pharmacy concierge program focused on medication access and patient experience, then supported ambulatory care operations as a Senior Pharmacy Technician. I've coordinated providers, pharmacists, patients, and care teams to improve turnaround times, reduce risk, and deliver reliable care.
