I've supported HR operations and executive leadership across Arup, AIG Insurance, Upwork, Panafrican Group, Afripayments LLC, and Leopard Beach Resort. My work connects leadership priorities with employee needs through reliable administration, coordination, and confidential records management.

At Arup, I coordinated regional onboarding, training workshops, and corporate events using BambooHR, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Motion AI, and Power BI. I also designed a structured regional onboarding framework, improved interview scheduling workflows, and audited employee files for compliance, medical insurance, and sick-leave records.

At AIG Insurance and through remote client work on Upwork, I managed employee relations programs, benefits administration, leave tracking, recruitment coordination, contract documentation, and secure workforce databases. I’m comfortable supporting distributed teams, international clients, and sensitive personnel processes.

My earlier executive and personal assistant roles built my foundation in diary management, travel coordination, stakeholder engagement, event planning, correspondence, and operational follow-through.
