What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, labor relations, and talent initiatives while partnering with executives to build inclusive, high-performing organizations.

At PPL, I partner with executive leadership on workforce strategy for a 1,300-employee unionized Field Operations organization. I lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, labor relations support, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

As Ethics Investigation Lead for Pennsylvania Electric Utilities, I direct sensitive investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, and ethical concerns alongside Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership. I also designed PPL's Integrated Talent Lifecycle framework and New Leader Essentials curriculum.

Previously, I supported global technology organizations at Dun & Bradstreet and corporate, digital, and retail teams at Hudson's Bay Company, Ross Stores, and Lowe's. I bring an Industrial Organizational Psychology foundation and experience coaching leaders and HR teams through employee relations, performance, succession, engagement, and change.
