What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual, administrative and operations-focused professional with 10+ years of experience supporting customer service, team coordination, documentation handling, and workflow support in highly regulated environments. I’m known for record management, clear internal communication, and strong process compliance.
In my current Volunteer (Remote) Administrative Assistant role with FedLatam, I organize documentation, receipts, invoices, and supporting records. I track and file materials to maintain internal workflows, follow confidentiality practices, and communicate with team members to clarify requirements and complete missing information.
Previously, I served as an International & Domestic Flight Attendant / Cabin Chief at Avianca Airlines from 2013 to 2024. I coordinated onboard teams, supported onboarding and training activities, maintained accurate documentation and reports, and acted as a communication link between crew and leadership while ensuring adherence to policies and operational standards.
I bring strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, plus a practical toolkit including MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
