I'm looking to build a long-term career in healthcare, supporting employee-centred HR operations and workplaces grounded in Excellence, Leadership, and Empathy.

I've supported HR operations and employee experience at Corwin Miller Co. and Jam3 (Media Monks), managing employee lifecycle administration, HRIS, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and employee support across fast-paced organizations.

At Jam3, I helped scale operations from 59 to 300+ employees, improved onboarding and HR processes to reduce time-to-fill by 6–8 days, and contributed to Great Place to Work® Canada certification through employee engagement and culture initiatives.
