What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a marketing, operations, event coordination, or project-focused role where I can improve processes, support customers and teams, manage projects, and strengthen cross-functional communication.

I've supported Westminster College’s IT help desk and Alumni Engagement office, connecting people, teams, and operational needs through responsive service and clear communication.

As an IT Supervisor at McGill Library, I oversaw daily help desk operations for students, staff, and faculty. I trained team members, prioritized tasks, monitored service performance, documented recurring issues, and recommended process improvements.

In Alumni Engagement, I helped plan and execute Homecoming, Reunion events, and donor recognition activities while maintaining alumni database records and supporting marketing and relationship-building initiatives.

At CleanPlate Innovations, I coordinated timelines, deliverables, outreach, and cross-team communication for a sustainability-focused startup. I also identified leads, built relationships with potential buyers, and supported handoffs between product development and customer engagement.
