What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine project management with technical support and customer operations—working in a fast-paced team that values clear communication, attention to detail, and real leadership growth through practical, meaningful projects.

I’m a driven, adaptable professional pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management with a minor in Marketing, focused on leadership and real-world experience. I’m known for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.

In my current Project Management role, I assist agents and employees by resolving systematic technical issues and handling live support via chats. I report issues to IT as needed, manage loyalty rewards program (LRP) and account-related problems, and support migrations and customer reactivations in CRM systems.
