At Mother House Studios, I coordinate integrated child care operations by designing learning environments, facilitating multi-stakeholder sessions, and improving workflows, participation, and user satisfaction.

Previously, I led community operations and change delivery at Kids Kitchen CIC across multiple hubs, securing funding, building databases, managing budgets, and delivering training for staff and families. I bring experience in operational improvement, community engagement, inclusive practice, and high-pressure service environments from Smiths of Smithfield and Gordon Ramsay Group.
