I've spent more than 12 years supporting safe, compliant, customer-facing operations at Kidzgrove and Busy Bees Vicar Water. In my current Senior Nursery Practitioner role, I help maintain staff standards, safe practice and consistent service delivery.

I identified and escalated a safeguarding gap at Kidzgrove, contributing to changed supervision arrangements in higher-risk areas. I also maintain confidential safeguarding and health and safety records, raise operational concerns constructively, and support improvements.

At Busy Bees, I progressed into a Room Leader role, coordinating day-to-day room operations, rotas, checks, stock, keyholding, records and parent communication. I supported an Ofsted inspection that achieved an Outstanding judgement.

I've trained and supported more than 30 colleagues through observations, feedback and coaching. I'm now looking to bring my administration, operations, compliance, coordination, training and customer-support experience into a new sector.
