I've supported customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance across Yearsigns Investments, Temel Cargo, and Palmrest Investments. My work combines marketing campaigns, client relationship management, CRM accuracy, and business-development support.

At Palmrest Investments, I identified and contacted 71 new customers, maintained at least 95% customer database accuracy, and resolved 70% of customer complaints within the prescribed five-minute average handling time. I also tracked conversion rate and average order value to identify sales-performance opportunities.

At Yearsigns Investments, I manage client relationships, support tender submissions, and execute corporate-wear and gift marketing campaigns. At Temel Cargo, I build relationships with Turkish suppliers and Zimbabwean clients while researching customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

I've earned a BSc Honours in Public Relations and Marketing and hold digital marketing and customer experience qualifications. I use CRM systems, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Canva, and Microsoft Office to support customer engagement and growth.
