I've supported brand growth and customer relationships at Fidelity Printers and Refiners, Econet, Hummer and Tongues, and Nashua Zimbabwe. My work spans marketing administration, sales, account management, customer service, and office administration.

At Nashua Zimbabwe, I've created brand awareness, brought in new business through personal selling and follow-up visits, promoted brands through sponsorships, and prepared contracts for new clients. I've also presented to companies and corporates, supported contract renewals, and maintained customer relationships.

I'm experienced in customer care, resolving complaints, reconciling orders, preparing management reports, internet and marketing research, PR, advertising, and website marketing. I work well across departments, manage multiple projects, and remain organized under pressure with minimal supervision.
