Consulted with Save The Children on the categorization of the IT project funnel for the CIO. Recommended methodologies to improve company project coordination and tracking. Provided project management for two large companies transitioning to a single company telecom CCAAS system and provided executives with updates on business progress.

Developed and managed the company’s digital transformation into the OnBase Electronic Document Management system. Led business reviews with department management, trained employees on new processes, and provided technical audits, design of OnBase workflows, and VBA Scripting to transform paper into digital processes. Co-developed the Disaster Recovery plan for Security First Insurance.

Led global critical incident triage with HP and vendor experts, reporting status to VP and Bank Governance. Collaborated with HP team members to improve overall HP tracking methodologies and conducted Quality Assurance audits.

Served as Global Problem Manager for PepsiCo International applications hosted on a 1500-server deployment for the Americas. Led root cause analysis and presented findings to customer IT leadership.

Provided HPE L3 Leadership to the IT repair business vertical on ITSM transformation. Established a repair support transformation plan and steps for alignment to central HP-IT design, and developed CI diagrams for the vertical.

Led CRM L2 applications teams on conversion from regional to HP-IT World-Wide organization. Worked on Operations resolutions plans, Sox Auditing, Operational SLA, and metrics, including data center relocations, Citrix migrations, and ITSM Change management processes for critical application changes.

Led training for the L2 Applications Team in India and developed cross-organizational relationships. Worked on projects including application obsolescence, performance, HA availability, data center relocations, and ITSM.

Served as a technical expert on HP's Americas consumer email support system. Obtained deep technical skills in various software and hardware technologies, including IIS, Apache, Oracle, SQL, NT, HP-UX, Linux, Cold Fusion, Monitoring, Business Objects, Telecom, Data Warehousing, Citrix servers, server builds, technical troubleshooting, and end-user PC support.
