I am a dedicated Product Specialist with over eight years of experience at Volvo Construction Equipment, where I have honed my skills in digital product ownership and system improvement. Currently, I serve as the Digital Product Owner for the Quotation Service Scheduling system, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to capture improvement ideas and ensure clear business requirements are met.

My role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of Product Backlog Items, supporting users with system bugs, and providing comprehensive training and demonstrations to users globally. I am passionate about setting product vision and creating yearly roadmaps that prioritize features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have a strong background in human resources, having served as a Business Partner where I advised on performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. My diverse experience allows me to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, ensuring that both product and personnel needs are met effectively.
