What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine my customer-first experience with my IT Support and analytics training—troubleshooting problems, supporting users, and helping improve services through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

I’m a customer-focused massage therapist and property manager with a steady track record of dependable service. Since June 2020, I’ve supported clients and guests by handling needs promptly and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.

As a property manager for a short-term rental space, I handle reservations, inquiries, guest needs, and property maintenance. I’ve learned how to stay organized under pressure while keeping communication fast, clear, and professional.

Earlier in my career, I advanced into leadership through roles like Lead Massage Therapist and Service Team Leader. I supervised and coached teams to meet customer service and sales goals, while also resolving scheduling and cash control concerns.

I’m also building a technology path through Grow with Google and Coursera, with training in Google IT Support, analytics, network security, system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and Windows & Linux OS. My goal is to combine that new technical foundation with the people-first mindset I’ve used throughout my work.
