What I'm looking for

I seek a remote or hybrid customer service role where I can apply communication, problem-solving, and remote-tool skills, contribute to positive customer experiences, and grow within a collaborative team.

I am a motivated customer service representative and virtual assistant with hands-on experience supporting remote projects and community initiatives.

In recent virtual assistant and community volunteer roles, I handled customer inquiries, scheduled meetings via Google Calendar, performed data entry, used Zapier to automate responses, and supported community engagement efforts.

I bring strong verbal and written communication, active listening, empathy, basic troubleshooting, and excellent time-management and multitasking skills. I am proficient in Google Workspace and self-trained in Zoom, Asana, Trello, and Zapier.

Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Microbiology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (expected 2025), I am available for full-time or part-time remote work and eager to grow within a dynamic customer-facing team.
