What I'm looking for

I'm looking for part-time remote contracts of 20–30 hours per week, with teams operating across US West Coast or APAC business hours. I want to build data, automation, and reporting solutions that improve operational decision-making.

At MODEC, I build automated reporting and management tools that turn SAP, Salesforce, SQL, and Excel data into decision-ready information for global leadership.

I automated a department-wide budget-control spreadsheet, reducing weekly maintenance from roughly four hours to 30 minutes and establishing it as the standard tool across the global B&PM Governance department.

I've developed Python scripts for data extraction, consolidation, and report refreshes; HTML-based solutions for the global IMS team; and a career-planning tool supporting promotion and merit decisions. I also support change management for two global programs with combined budgets above USD 800k.

Earlier at MODEC, I built a workforce-demand model that helped inform expansion of the Recruitment & Selection team from eight to 11 analysts, improved intern-to-hire planning, and supported data governance across HR systems and budget execution.
