Raquel Maia

I am a project management specialist with international certification (Project DPro) and extensive experience in designing, planning, monitoring, evaluating and fundraising for socio-environmental, humanitarian and social impact initiatives. I combine pedagogical coordination, technical advisory for social projects and classroom teaching in philosophy and sociology, and I have delivered trainings, mentorships and public presentations that strengthened organizational capacity and resource mobilization.

I hold a specialization in Communication and a degree in Philosophy, and I continuously update my practice through courses in agile methods, impact evaluation, international fundraising and project finance. I volunteer as a mentor, coordinate community education on group relations, gender and solidarity economies, and leverage digital tools and participatory methods to increase project effectiveness and social impact.
