With Amazon Freight, I supported high-volume capacity operations by sourcing external carriers during shortages, confirming route and equipment requirements, and monitoring freight from dispatch through delivery. I led daily operational activities and helped teams execute transportation processes accurately.

At Intelligent Audit, I coordinated shipment requirements, audited carrier charges, verified rates against contracts, and maintained detailed carrier, billing, and shipment records. I use TMS platforms, FarEye, DAT, Truckstop, CRM tools, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel, Python, and SQL to support reliable logistics decisions and data accuracy.
